Actor Alia Bhatt will be making her Hollywood debut with the thriller Heart of Stone, headlined by Gal Gadot. While not much is known about the film's plot, what we can tell you for sure is that Gadot has begun filming for her part.
Directed by Tom Harper, the feature film will be a Netflix original. Heart of Stone is said to be a spy thriller, written by Allison Schroeder and Greg Rucka. David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Don Granger of Skydance are producing the film along with Bonnie Curtis and Julie Lynn of Mockingbird. Gadot is also producing the film along with Jaron Varsano of Pilot Wave.
According to reports, this thriller would be a top priority for its host OTT platform, especially after it won the project in a tense auction with other platforms in January 2021. Skydance packaged the production and put it on the market, where streaming providers competed for its rights.
