Vasanthi: Here's All About The Actor Playing Agent Tina In Vikram

Agent Tina of Vikram movie is the talk of the town after the character was seen smashing goons in Kamal Haasan's latest movie. After the release of the film, all the viewers want to know is who is Agent Tina in real life?

Vikram is Kamal Haasan's latest movie directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj that stars him along with Vijay Sethupathi, Shivani Narayanan, Fahadh Faasil and Swathishta in lead roles. The movie was released in theatres on June 3, 2022, and received great reviews from critics.

Among the various scenes and characters that received praise, one character is stuck in the minds of many people and that is Agent Tina. The character and her action-packed performance made the audience go, "Who is she?"

Who Is Agent Tina Of Vikram?

The character of Agent Tina in the film is played by South Indian actor Vasanthi. She is a dancer and choreographer who has taught dance to many big names in the industry. Born and brought up in Chennai, Vasanthi pursued her dream of dancing by working as a group dancer initially in the Tamil film industry. With constant efforts and passion, she was able to level up and was successful in becoming assistant dance choreographer.

Vasanthi has been working in the industry from 1992 and in her 30 year career in the South Indian film industry, she has worked with many big stars including Nayanthara, Amy Jackson, Katrina Kaif, Samantha, Vijay, Ajith and Trisha. She is currently working as a choreographer for popular South Indian choreographer Dinesh Master. She shot for Vikram for a span of 16 days out of which 5-6 days went for the shooting of the intense action scenes. She was supervised for her stunts.

Vasanthi met the director of Vikram, Lokesh, through Dinesh Master on a shooting set where Lokesh told Dinesh that he had a role for Vasanthi in his next film. Lokesh reportedly liked her off-screen attitude. She went for the auditions and cleared them. To the immense love that her character is getting, Vasanthi reportedly called it overwhelming and a dream come true to work in legend Kamal Haasan's film.
