Best 365 Days: Aaliyah Kashyap Celebrates One Year With 'Best Friend' Shane Gregoire

Aaliyah Kashyap and Shane complete one year of relationship: Aaliyah Kashyap, Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap's daughter, who recently returned to Mumbai, revealed that she has completed one year of being in a relationship with her boyfriend Shane Gregoire. On Tuesday, Aaliyah shared a short clip of several candid moments from their time spent together.

Kashyap dedicated an Instagram post to Shane, calling him her "best friend" writing: "The best 365 days with my best friend that I wouldn’t change for the world." She thanked him for being there for her 'unconditionally'" and showing her "a love like no other".

Anurag Kashyap and film editor Aarti Bajaj’s daughter, Aaliyah studies in the United States and has returned to India to be with her family. Her boyfriend has also recently joined her in Mumbai for a trip.

She is an avid social media user who often shares interesting videos of her life and the people who love her the most. In one of the recent vlogs on her YouTube channel, the star kid also gave her fans a tour of her room and a peek into the time when Shane visited her in the city. She recorded his experience of eating an Indian meal for the first time in his life as Anurag Kashyap played host to his daughter's boyfriend at their home. In another video, sharing some personal details, the 20-year-old had previously revealed how she met Shane on a dating app and how it was her instinct to swipe right first. “I made the first move," she had told filmmaker Imtiaz Ali’s daughter Ida Ali last month. She also revealed she kissed him first. She said they had met after two months of talking but when it was the right moment he shied away from kissing her first. "Because I think he didn’t know if I was comfortable," she recalled saying so she just went in for it. Further mentioning that it was indeed "awkward", she laughed saying, "we were talking and mid-sentence I did it, because I was thinking about it so much and I was so nervous,” Read more here.

She has been dating American entrepreneur Shane, who is also a transformational coach by profession, for quite some time now.

Meanwhile, the Manmarziyaan filmmaker had undergone an angioplasty last month.
