'3 Idiots' Getting A Sequel? Here's How Kareena Kapoor Khan Spilled The Beans

The news of the '3 idiots' sequel being made has spread like wildfire after the original cast including Amir Khan, Sharman Joshi and R Madhavan reunited for the promotion of Sharman Joshi's movie 'Congratulations' in an Instagram post. Kareena Kapoor, who was among the original cast, took to her Instagram on Friday and shared how she is suspicious that the '3 idiots' sequel is probably under works behind her back.

In February Sharman, Amir and Madhvan who played the roles of Raju, Phunsuk Wangdu and Farhan respectively in the super Blockbuster movie 3 idiots, came together for promoting Sharman's Gujarati movie "Congratulations" and the pictures and video of the same made the viewers suspicious about it being a hint about the making of 3 idiots sequel. Not only them but also the original cast from the movie are getting suspicious about it and dropping videos regarding the same.

The 3 Idiots Sequel

Kareena Kapoor after being back from her trip to Africa, shared a kind funny video on her Instagram handle and claimed that the video featuring the trio is making her think that they are up to something and the clip from the press conference that is going around is from the secret that the trio is keeping from everyone. Kareena also claimed that she thinks something is fishy and that the trio is cunning for a 3 idiots sequel, but without her. She further said in the video that she is not sure even if Boman Irani knows about it. At the end of the video, we can see her calling Boman Irani and saying "chal kya raha hai yaar?"(what's going on?).

Not only Kareena Kapoor but also the original "Rancho" aka Jaaved Jaaferi has posted a video addressing the rumours about the 3 idiots sequel. Jaaved can be seen in the video saying," Normally I don't do this kind of thing but, I felt really bad after hearing the latest news of the day that a 3 idiots sequel is being made, and that too without the original "Rancho" like seriously, you all know right? I was the original rancho in the movie he (Amir) was "chote". Just like we made the original movie together, we can make the sequel together as well."

He further referred to Mona Singh who was also a part of the original cast and said, "Mona darling, are you aware of this?" He captioned the video," Kareena Kapoor Khan and Boman Irani ko bhi nahi liya, to phir pakka Mona Singh ko bhi nahi liya hoga" (If they didn't pick Kareena and Boman then they might have not picked Mona as well). Later Mona Singh shared a video and reacted to the rumours.

Mona Singh claimed that she was shooting with Amir khan for the movie “Laal Singh Chadha” and even he (Amir) didn't inform her about the 3 idiots sequel in making. She also added," Nobody informed me, In the climax of the movie 3 Idiots, I gave birth to a kid, so I should have been there this is really upsetting, what "all is well"? All is not really well," referring to the famous dialogue from the movie. She further referred to her co-star Omi Vaidya.

One thing that can clearly be seen is that these actors are trying to create a chain of such videos, we can surely take this as a hint and expect the 3 idiots sequel to be coming soon. The popular movie directed by Rajkumar Hirani adapted from the popular novel of Chetan Bhagat called" Five Point Someone" was a blockbuster, and now all we can do is wait for the official announcement and hope for the best.
