Why are women not in high positions and not leaders in many places? Well, we have a variety of reasons why this has been a harsh reality of our society. When I look around me, most of the girls are either self-conscious of the way they look or too proud of their height and beauty. We have always taught women to stand in the confined norms they have lived by for almost centuries. While we tell men to take their stance, we tell women to accept men as they are. In this changing world, where new emerging ideas and technology has been developing with radical ideas, we cannot leave a major section of our population left behind. It is not about a woman’s potential but actually about what she is taught.

The women start to confine themselves to their body and start to think that it is the invisible prison they are stuck in.

Since the beginning when you expect the females to compromise they become programmed to act in a certain way. They become conscious of their very existence, stop voicing their thoughts when it’s about their own family. The way, since the beginning her emotions are manipulated, a woman tends to lose faith in herself and how she looks at the world.
So, here are a few things I suggest all the women to do to turn in the race of being a strong person:
# Start to take stand for yourself

# Speak what you feel you should at the right time.
# Don’t suppress the emotions and cry, show your anger.
# Know your worth and say “You are flawless!” every morning to yourself.
# Do not be conscious of your outer appearance.
# Don’t confine yourself to some walls, break the glass ceiling and attain infinitely.
# Know that your body is not you.

Before we move forward, let’s talk more on the last point. The women start to confine themselves to their body and start to think that it is the invisible prison they are stuck in. For once, know that being fat or skinny, tall or short, doesn’t make you less beautiful, less you or less of a person you want to be. Women tend to actually consider their body as the greatest prison of themselves.

We have always taught women to stand in the confined norms they have lived by for almost centuries.

While all the men are fighting to make their mark, a woman is afraid to speak. You and I should know that being a woman is less about gender and more humane. Confining your limitations because a man doesn’t know his limits is stupid. It’s time to break the glass ceiling.
