Equality between men and women is still a reality only on paper in the world of work. For women it was always difficult to reconcile their identity as a mother with work. Women must become more proactive themselves. The importance of the work in the lives of women is accompanied by the continuing difficulties in reconciling the roles internal and external to the family.
In many business realities, both private and public, both multinationals and small and medium-sized, achievements of women are spoken unfortunately very little, but they are a reality of driving economies and talents.

A change in this regard is only possible through the combined intervention of government agencies which, alone, may introduce official measures which ensure equal treatment in the employment sphere. Because cultural changes are slow, labour policies and the family are still insufficient, the entire community must engage in the reduction of inequalities.
Every day they work and produce, manage complex environments, guide professional groups, and govern organizational climates, getting great results in many different fields from experimental research on complex international projects and innovative management of medical-surgical areas where they are points of excellence.
