But there are some unobserved and unseen threats which we easily let enter in our personal life. Many women have suffered from online threat and harassment and some of them are speculative on trust and emotion due to such actions.
Online safety for women is a sensitive issue which is being resolved by the Net Australia Project at WESNET, in this project women technological safety and privacy toolkit is created for safety of women experiencing tech abuse. Through this women can learn how they can increase their technological safety and privacy. This toolkit includes resources and guides ranging from online privacy and safety tips to Smartphone privacy and location safety information.

One must use strong, unique password for safety with family, friends and relative, women must interact with selective person online and pay attention to risks of e-mails. They should never meet in person with anyone who is not known, they should report abuse or spam messages and should report abuse or spam messages and should not trade personal information for “freebies” and by blocking people whom you don’t trust.
