It was 2013, when I decided to quit my 12 to 9 job and take a step ahead in my career. I always wanted to become an entrepreneur and solve little problems prevailing in professional markets. With over 7 years of experience in corporate industry, I started a recruitment agency – Global Outsourcing and Placement Solutions.
No matter how challenging or stressful it becomes, I enjoy the obstacles that come in to my way
Setting up a recruitment agency in such a saturated market was quite difficult. It is one of the most competitive businesses in India. Due to my qualification in the field of Human Resource, I managed to survive and build a strong portfolio. But, I did not stop here. Apart from Placement solutions, I added Franchise services under Global outsourcing and Placement Solutions. And now it is into multiple businesses of providing recruitment services as well as big brands’ Franchise to the potential Franchisee.
Like every other person, I also wanted to grow consistently. No matter how challenging or stressful it becomes, I enjoy the obstacles that come in to my way. I am glad that I got myself associated with Women Entrepreneurship and Empowerment Foundation supported by IIT (Delhi) and Department of Science and Technology (Govt. of India).
After having a foothold in entrepreneurship, I wanted to come up with something which can address a problem for which nobody had a solution. Every year, we see hundreds of children in our country committing suicide due to academic failure and parental pressure. This was something which stuck in my mind and made me to do a detailed research on this subject.

It is when I took a step to start an online listing platform for after school learning academies and courses. While looking for resources, we came across one biggest parenting issue which is being followed in our country. It was the parent’s inability to recognize learning disabilities of children. Hence, we also decided to come up with Inborn Potential Assessment Test. This test is helpful in revealing child’s innate personality through a unique fingerprint analysis.
It was slightly challenging to democratize the highly fragmented sector of after school learning at single point of access. It was also not easy to make parents understand either. But our marketing strategy helped us make a direct connect with parents. We actually went onto their door steps and made them understood the needs.
