The BA, BSc odd semester (first, third and fifth semesters) results for the Honours/General/Major examination, have now been released by the University of Calcutta.
Candidates who have appeared for the above exam can check their results on the official website www.exametc.com. They will have to enter their 12-digit roll number (without hyphens) for the same.
How to check University of Calcutta results?
- Visit the website www.exametc.com
- Cluck on the "Calcutta University Result" link
- Enter the 12-digit roll number (without using hyphens)
- Then click on 'Search'
- The marksheet will appear on the screen. Download the result, and make sure to take a printout of the same, for future reference.
The University of Calcutta will also provide the grade sheet/mark sheet to the candidates.
University of Calcutta permits students to obtain photocopy of answer scripts
Besides this, candidates can also opt for a re-examination of the answer script. However, this will be accepted only for the theory papers, and only once. Candidates will have to apply to the Controller of Examination (COE) within 15 working days, i.e., from the date when the results were declared.
Candidates can also apply to the COE, to obtain the photocopy of their evaluated answer scripts too. Their applications will be accepted in the prescribed format, which is already available on the university website, along with the required fees. However, this form will be accepted only within 15 working days, from the day the results were released.
Madhya Pradesh Board Cancels Class 10 exams and postpones Class 12 exams
Recently, the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) announced that it will be cancelling its class 10, and postponing its class 12 exams. The decision was made after reviewing the COVID-19 situation in the state.
As for class 12 students, they will be informed about their exams at least 20 days in advance.
