She didn’t think twice about setting up her own business. Founder of Felicita Chocolates in Mumbai, Ishita Chheda is a great chocolate chef and artist but her real passion lies with entrepreneurship. She set up the business – a fully automated factory in an outside suburb of Mumbai called Mulund – in a bid to inject innovation and ideas into the chocolate making landscape in the country.
Ishita Chheda is obsessed with flavour and innovation. She remains amused with how little Indians experiment with chocolate but at the same time Ishita wants them to explore new chocolate stories wrapped with ideas and superlative ingredients.
