Women often forget about their girlfriends once they get a boyfriend or once they get married - but they need to remember that having your girlfriends is a form of support you cannot get from anywhere else. According to Huffington Post, every seven years women lose about half of their close friends. This can be because of moving to a new city, a new career or just changes in relationships. Therefore, it is always important to make new women friends whenever you can.

Men usually have a group of friends that they hang out with, no matter if they have a girlfriend or wife. Women tend to be more sacrificial.
