Reduced Heart Risk
Unlike what you all may think, ghee is actually good for your heart. A particular fatty acid called Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) protects against diabetes, carcinogens and artery plaque. This in turn prevents heart diseases. In fact, there’s also a research that shows that men who consumed more traditional ghee were less prone to cardiovascular diseases.
If you’re lactose intolerant, worry not, because ghee is completely safe for you. The process of making ghee breaks down the lactose in the milk to a point where all that is left is butter oil.
Fixing Digestive Tract
People face digestive issues mainly because of a problem in the gut line. Ghee is the answer to that problem; it is rich in butyric acid, a fatty acid that heals the gut lining by nourishing the cells of the intestines. It reduces the inflammatory conditions and repairs the mucosal wall.
