The forum was closed by Mohit Nagpal, who also discusses the crucial role that gatherings like the Youth Speak conference have in creating tomorrow's leaders who will be able to assume responsibility at a young age and change the world. He believes that "charity begins at home, and change begins with you,"  and that groups like AIESEC provide people the ability to learn from their failures while still having an impact on the world. "The event of Youth Speak Forum is just a beginning," he said, "and the organisation's workings at Delhi IIT hope to continue the same impact on the community with the help of young  leaders."
