Odisha: Ambulance Delayed, Woman Gives Birth In Rickshaw Trolley

An Odisha woman was forced to deliver a baby in the back of a rickshaw trolley on a street because an ambulance failed to reach her home. The rickshaw puller and some local women assisted her.
