Unstoppable SanTina made their way to score non-stop 40 after winning the St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy on Sunday.
The World No. 1 in doubles aces Sania Mirza with her Swiss partner Martina Hingis beat the Russian-Czech pair of Vera Dushevina and Barbora Krejcikova 6-3, 6-1 in the finals of the women’s double and extended their pair-winning streak to 40.
The battle lasted for an hour. The duo was crowned as the 13th women’s double titles, hence loud cheers went on throughout the court. It’s another victorious moment for the pair since the year begun with a strong start as they both held the women’s doubles Grand Slam title by lifting the Australian Open trophy.

Irked from losing in the French Open quarter-finals, SanTina showed a rebellious form on the court to break all records come in the way. The opponent team was unable to match up with their rage. By winning 42 of the next 45 matches, they aim to take home titles at Wimbledon, the US Open, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Beijing, the WTA Finals in Singapore, Brisbane and Sydney.
