It was reported that five boys had gone missing half a kilometre from the seashore sometime after they had entered the sea without completely understanding the repercussions. While a local fisherman rescued one of the boys, the other four went missing. The worried families came forward and shared how their respective children had asked for some money to go out and play cricket and little did they know that the group had decided on doing a little adventure of their own.

Unfortunately, the four boys were feared to have drowned in the sea. The rescue operation was underway as divers from the coast guard and the Navy went into the sea hoping to bring the boys back alive. As per updates, three bodies have been found while one boy still remains missing.

The BMC had confirmed the news mentioning how it was five boys who entered the sea and not six after an investigation and a thorough understanding of the statement from the families. The incident took place in Juhu Koliwada when the group decided to enter the sea at around 5:30 PM.
