However, the best way to tackle a lifestyle disease is by changing your lifestyle. Home remedies are a good way to keep your PCOS in check, and not letting it escalate further to endometriosis or cervical cancer.

Meats sold in the market contain a range of hormones and antibiotics. These cause imbalances in our hormonal system. It is best to eat organic and farm fed meat, rather than factory bought meat. You can also try and go on a vegetarian diet for some time and see how you feel.

Exercise Everyday

This is a golden rule to avoiding PCOS. The more you exercise, the better chances of getting rid of this disease. Exercise can do wonders for your symptoms such as weight gain, depression and lethargy.

Eat Healthy Fats

Instead of using processed oils to cook your food, try and consume good fat. The fat that is full of heart-healthy benefits. You can have butter, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado and so many more healthy fats.

Avoid Refined Sugar

Sugar is the root of all evil, it not only aggravates PCOS, it also causes a lot more diseases. Spikes in insulin are not good for PCOS, so instead of refined sugar, try having honey in your tea and other natural sugars such as fruits. Your body will thank you!
