Uorfi Javed To Make Bollywood Debut With Ekta Kapoor's LSD 2?

Recently, Ekta Kapoor made an announcement of her upcoming project Love Sex Aur Dhoka 2, releasing the first look on her Instagram. Love Sex Aur Dhoka 2 is also making buzz for its star cast. Reportedly, Uorfi Javed was approached by filmmakers of LSD 2. A source also revealed that Uorfi Javed is a perfect fit for a lead role.

Uorfi Javed To Make Bollywood Debut

However, nothing is confirmed by filmmakers or made announcements about Javed playing a lead role. Javed is also yet to decide whether to sign up for the film. But if she signs, it will be her B-town debut after appearing in daily soaps and Tollywood. The movie is set to release on 16 February 2024. 

Uorfi Javed is known for her unique fashion choices and for her discernable online presence for her DIY fashion ideas. Javed, known for her bold and blunt attitude, has impressed many but is also trolled by others for her choices. 

Javed has been working for years in the industry. Earlier, she said that since she could not see her growth even after working in daily soaps, she opted to fashion as it always intrigued her. 

Javed, hailing from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh made her on-screen debut in 2016 through the daily soap serial Bade Bhaiya Ki Dulhania on Sony TV. After that, she did roles in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Phero Ki Hera Pheri, and Meri Durga. While she gained popularity after her appearance, in reality, shows like Bigg Boss OTT and MTV Splitsvilla Season 14. 

Recently, Javed made hot headlines as she walked the ramp for famous designers Sandeep Khosla and Abu Jani, choosing Javed as the muse for their couture. 

Love Sex Aur Dhoka 2 is a sequel to the 2010 film LSD reuniting Ekta Kapoor and Dibakar Banerjee once again. Helmed by Dibakar Banerjee and produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Telefilms and Cult Movies, the star cast of LSD 2 includes Nirmit Kaur Ahluwalia, who will be making her Bollywood debut.
