The child actor who stole everyone's heart with her presence and performance in the film was not seen again on screen. However, 17 years down the lane, she is back to limelight and all grown up.
The actor named Juanna Sanghvi, who had earned nationwide fame as an infact, was recently reportedly spotted at a nightclub in Mumbai with her friends and family.

In Sajid Khan's 2007 film, Juanna Sanghvi played the heartfelt role of a baby left on the doorsteps of three casanova bachelors who initially disliked the baby as they were compelled to do all her chores but later got attached to her as if their life depended on her.
This group of men, Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh, and Fardeen Khan named the baby 'Angel' as they believe her arrival in their lives transformed them into humans, nurturing values and sentimengs in them. This 'Angel' was no one but Sanghvi playing the role and stealing hearts with her cuteness in the wholesome film.
Sanghvi was believed to be 17 months old during the film in 2007 and reportedly the 'angel' is now 20. Time truly flies! And fans are nostalgic after her photos surfaced on the internet.
A popular paparazzo page, @ViralBhayani posted the picture of Juanna Sanghvi from her recent outing in Mumbai. The pictures were captioned as: "Meet Juanna Sanghvi, who played the character 'Angel' in Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, and Fardeen Khan's film, 'Heyy Babyy'. Here's how she looks now after 17 years!" There has been no news of Sanghvi intending to come back to movies yet.
Earlier, Sanghvi was once discussed after the film in January 2022 when her co-star Fardeen Khan shared how he quit smoking because of Juanna Sanghvi. The actor shared how Sanghvi used to be reluctant to come to him for shooting scenes and many of his scenes had to be performed by Akshay Kumar or Ritesh Deshmukh, it was later he was told that babies repelled smokers, it was then Khan claimed he stopped smoking.
