The terrorists had targeted Ariana Grande's concert in Manchester arena, killing at least 22 people and injuring many.

The singer was photographed by parents of children who were there in the hospital. Peter Pann, whose daughter was injured in the attack and was being treated in the hospital, clicked photos of Ariana and her daughter and shared on Facebook. She wrote, "This means more to us than all the amazing things people have done this week. So happy she came I could burst!"

The 23-year-old singer brought presents -- including teddy bears, her autograph and flowers -- for the injured children. The children were delighted to get a surprise when Ariana walked inside the hospital.

She posed with the kids as well as with their parents and the hospital staff, the photos which everyone shared later on social media thanking Ariana for giving them such a pleasant surprise.

After her visit to the children in the hospital, Ariana herself posted her photo with her fan Lily Harrison on her Instagram page.

The singer had previously said that the atrocities in Manchester due to the terror attack had left her broken.  But she promised to return to the city to play a benefit concert for the victims of the terror attack.
